If the product you receive doesn't match the description, or if it arrives damaged, our Dispute Resolution team is ready to assist. Just let us know within 5 days of receiving your item, and we'll work with you and the seller to sort things out.

How to return an item
Items shipped through Ineda can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
